The façade adopts a contemporary composition combining clearly defined geometric masses with expansive glazed surfaces, creating a sophisticated balance between solid and transparent elements.
A palette of dark grey and warm brown tones was selected to create contrast between the different materials and architectural elements. Extensive glazing enhances transparency and natural daylight, while projecting frames and articulated openings add depth, dimension, and layers of shadow to the façade.
The architectural identity is complemented by warm concealed lighting integrated beneath edges and projections, highlighting the façade details and creating an elegant visual presence during the evening.
