The project involved the development and fit-out of the Riyadh Municipality Main Headquarters, aimed at providing a modern and efficient working environment while ensuring that all construction activities were delivered in accordance with the project's requirements and approved quality standards.
Our Role: Supervision of the contractor's works, quality monitoring, schedule tracking, and coordination between the various construction activities and disciplines.
